Klickra AI™ provides digital services including web development, AI automation, branding, and marketing. All services are subject to a Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during onboarding.
• Supply necessary assets (logos, content, access) in a timely manner.
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes.

4. Payments

Fees are as listed on our Pricing page. Invoices are due within 15 days. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables (websites, designs, code) are your property upon full payment. Klickra AI™ retains the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds

Custom service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Productized services (e.g., SaaS subscriptions) may offer a 7-day refund window.

7. Limitation of Liability

Klickra AI™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding payments remain due.

9. Governing Law
